Shipping Policy 

** Please note that shipping & delivery is currently taking longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience.**  

SMALL PACKAGE DELIVERY

For Accessories and Small Packages, orders are shipped from our warehouse near Portland, OR. The exact shipping and delivery amount for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout. Shipping charges apply per delivery.

In-stock merchandise typically delivers within 1-2 weeks.

 

FURNITURE SPECIAL DELIVERY

Ding. Dong. Special Delivery!

** As we take precautions with Covid-19, we are currently only offering standard 'door-step' delivery. We are pausing the White Glove Delivery services, with in-home assembly, for our Beds and Furniture, and it will no longer appear as option at checkout. **

In-stock merchandise typically delivers within 2 – 4 weeks.

Special Order Furniture items typically deliver within 10-12 weeks. 

 

MATTRESS DELIVERY

All of our Huckleberry mattresses are made-to-order, at the factory of our mattress partners. Mattresses usually take about 2 weeks to make, plus 1-2 weeks for delivery. 

When you order a bed and mattress set, please note that the mattress will ship separately, and may arrive on a different day than the bed.

Mattresses typically deliver within 3-4 weeks. 

 

OTHER NOTES

Additional charges may apply to unique situations, including delivery to remote locations, custom orders, and special handling. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping services to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

Return Policy

Huckleberry’s Return Policy will honor a full refund or exchange for 30 days on Accessories (the smaller items, Non-Furniture and Non-Sale items). Returned merchandise must be in original condition and in the original packaging, unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original sales receipt. 

Please email us for the ‘Return Shipping Label’, and then once the product is received, and confirmed as in good condition, at our warehouse, customers will receive their full credit back.   

All Beds, Furniture and Mattress sales are final.

All purchases of sale or discounted items are final. Sorry, no returns or exchanges allowed for sale items. 

For the Beds, Furniture, and Mattresses (larger items), if you discover any defective, damaged, or missing parts upon delivery, we will gladly replace these parts at no additional charge. Please notify us of any issues as soon as possible. 

If you discover a manufacturing flaw or safety issue, please review our Warranty Policy, and contact us right away.
