FURNITURE SPECIAL DELIVERY
Ding. Dong. Special Delivery!
Huckleberry is proud to offer White Glove Delivery services for all of the Beds and Furniture items that require assembly. White Glove Delivery is an expert service that assembles the items inside your house, within your room of choice, and they will also clear away all the packaging and rubbish. Please do not ask the delivery team to move or clear away your existing furniture or mattress - this is not included.
A day or two before delivery, you will receive a call by our White Glove Delivery team to coordinate a time when someone will be available at your house to receive the furniture.
In-stock merchandise typically delivers within 2 – 4 weeks.
We know that White Glove Delivery will save you precious time, and is worth every penny! During check out, you will see an option for White Glove Delivery that includes the shipping + assembly service (actual amount depending on your total order). If you would rather DIY, you can simply select the Standard Shipping option. Shipping charges apply for each delivery.
Additional charges may apply to unique situations, including delivery to remote locations, custom orders, and special handling. SMALL PACKAGE DELIVERY
For Accessories and Small Packages, orders are shipped from our warehouse near Portland, OR. The exact shipping and delivery amount for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout. Shipping charges apply per delivery.
In-stock merchandise typically delivers within 1-2 weeks.
Huckleberry’s Return Policy will honor a full refund or exchange for 30 days on Accessories (the smaller items, Non-Furniture and Non-Sale items). Returned merchandise must be in original condition and in the original packaging, unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Please email us for the ‘Return Shipping Label’, and then once the product is received, and confirmed as in good condition, at our warehouse, customers will receive their full credit back.
All Beds, Furniture and Mattress sales are final.
All purchases of sale or discounted items are final. Sorry, no returns or exchanges allowed for sale items.
For the Beds, Furniture, and Mattresses (larger items), if you discover any defective, damaged, or missing parts upon delivery, we will gladly replace these parts at no additional charge. Please notify us of any issues as soon as possible.
If you discover a manufacturing flaw or safety issue, please review our Warranty Policy, and contact us right away.
